Q. How does the job readiness test differ from a career test?

A career test provides guidance on choosing a career, whereas the Job Readiness Assessment provides guidance on how to get hired in whatever you choose.

Q. Do you have a version in Spanish?

Yes, but it has not been released yet. Click here to add your name to a notification list.

Q. What if I don’t have time to finish the assessment, do I have to start over?

You have the ability to choose "Save My Test." You can then go back to finish your test by going to "My Account" and choosing "Continue." The unanswered questions will be displayed before you start, and you may work toward completing the exam.

Q. How do I get my results?

At the end of the test, Choose "Score My Test." Unanswered questions will be displayed to allow you to go back and finish. After reviewing the score analysis and test results for strengths and weaknesses, scroll to the bottom of the page and choose "View Answers." The correct answer will be shaded, and your answer will be flagged as correct or incorrect.

Q. Can I print out my results?

Yes. You are able to print out your results by choosing "File" on your toolbar and then selecting "Print".

Q. Which forms of payment are accepted online?

Visa, MC, AmEx, Discover and PayPal

Q. Will I have to pay sales tax?

No.

Q. How do I sign in?

From the homepage, you can click on the Sign-In link. Follow the directions to fill out the forms presented to complete the process. Once you have signed in to joblingo.com, the top of any page on the site will provide a Sign-out link. Simply click this link to sign out of the site. Your screen will return to the homepage with the message, “You have been logged out.”

Q. What if I have forgotten my username or password?

Because of security issues, if you lose your username, we require that you contact a member service representative. Once they confirm your identity, they can look up your username and reset your password. When you log back in using the reset password, we ask that you go to My Account and change your password to something you will remember.

If you know your username but have simply forgotten your password, you can use our Forgot Your Password page to request that we send a temporary password via email. When you log back in using the reset password, we ask that you go to My Account and change your password to something you will remember.

Q. How do I change my password?

All of your membership information is stored in the My Account section. To review or change your membership information or password, click My Account.
